Free masks for Lake County residents. Mask.

Multiple pickup locations available, including the East Lake County Library. Masks are distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis while supplies last. Call a location for details.

Libraries have limited reopening and/or curbside service.

As of March 16, 2020, late fees for library items are not being charged to your account. All previous fines and fees will remain. Please view our press release for more details.

The East Lake County Library will observe a limited reopening starting Monday, June 1, 2020.

OCCUPANCY: 10 patron capacity with a 1-hour daily max visit.

CURBSIDE PICKUP: Call the library or use the online catalog for help.

SERVICE: Staff will help with library items and printing needs.

SELF CHECKOUT: Stations available on a first-come, first-served basis.

COMPUTERS: Stations are 6 ft. apart with a 1-hour daily max usage.

MEETING & STUDY ROOMS: Closed until further notice.

LOITERING: No browsing, large gatherings, or extended visits.

GROUPS: Guardians and their children must stay together.

MASKS: Recommended for everyone while visiting the library.

CDC GUIDELINES: Follow their latest COVID-19 recommendations.
