The Lake County Library System and Lake County Supervisor of Elections Office are encouraging the public to visit their local libraries this September during the Books & Ballots campaign.
Books & Ballots coincides with September as National Library Card Signup Month and September 24 as National Voter Registration Day. Although people can sign up for a library card and register to vote all year long, this campaign features on site representatives to answer questions regarding libraries and voting.
