Libraries have limited reopening and/or curbside service.
As of August 17, 2020, patrons must return checkouts by their due date to avoid fees. All previous fines and fees will remain. Please view our press release for more details.
The Leesburg Public Library will observe a limited reopening starting Monday, June 1, 2020.
OCCUPANCY: 50 patron capacity.
CURBSIDE PICKUP: Available Monday - Friday, 10 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. To order items, call 352-728-9790, email firstname.lastname@example.org or use the online catalog.
SERVICE: Staff will help with library items and printing needs.
SELF CHECKOUT: Stations available and staff will assist.
RETURNS: Material returns are accepted in the lobby during open hours, and 24-hour access at the drive-up return on Elk Street.
RENEWALS: Not accepted inside the library. Call the library or use your online account.
COMPUTERS: Stations are 6 ft. apart with a 1-hour daily max usage.
MEETING & STUDY ROOMS: Meeting rooms are closed until further notice. Study rooms can be reserved for one hour per day.
LOITERING: No large gatherings, or extended visits.
GROUPS: Guardians and their children must stay together.
MASKS: Recommended for everyone while visiting the library.
