Presidents' Day - Monday, February 20, 2023

Four Lake County Libraries will be open on Monday, February 20, 2023: Cooper Memorial Library, Eustis Memorial Library, Fruitland Park Library, and Leesburg Public Library. All other libraries will be closed and will reopen on Tuesday, February 21, 2023.

Tavares Public Library Concert Series: Musical Memories

Travel back in time and relive some of the greatest eras of music, starting with the 1920s and concluding with the 1990s. All performances take place the following Wednesdays from 12:30 - 1:30 p.m. in the Library Expansion.

 

January 25: Dan Dorotiak, Clarinetist, will present music from the 1920s and World War I era  

 

February 22: Steve Greer will present Rock n Roll from the 1950s

 

March 29: Motown with Troy Harris, Saxophonist

 

Teen Virtual Volunteering

Teens, make your own hours and volunteer from anywhere! 

Teens in grades 6-12 are invited to read and review books in exchange for volunteer hours.
