Use the form provided below to apply for a library card online with the Lake County Library System in Tavares, Florida. To register online you must be a resident of Lake County, Florida or a county which has a reciprocal borrowing agreement with Lake County, Florida. Please note that you must have a telephone number to register online so that staff can verify information if necessary. Your information will then be forwarded to the appropriate library. The library will contact you when your card is ready. At that time, you will need to bring proof of residency to the library for verification.
