The City of Tavares Public Library, located at 314 N. New Hampshire Ave. will close temporarily from Monday, October 2 through Friday, October 6 for scheduled repairs. It will reopen Saturday, October 7 at 9:30 a.m.

The after-hours return drop boxes will be unavailable for materials to be returned during this week and no late return fees will be charged for any items having a due date of October 2-6. Patrons who wish to return items during this week may take them to any Lake County Library System library. A list of Lake County Library System libraries may be found at www.mylakelibrary.org/libraries/
