Genealogy Help Sessions
Get free help sessions for beginning your genealogy research. Classes offer help with basic genealogy forms, census records, other research forms and general help with your genealogy questions.

CML Book Club
This takes place the third Tuesday of each month for the CML Book Club.

This takes place every second and fourth Wednesday of the month. All aspiring and published writers are welcome to share, interact and discuss their works.

Movies @ the Library

Opera at the Library
Opera at the Library invites students and the public to attend educational programs, classes and discussions on opera and the operatic experience. Norma Trivelli, Lake-Sumter Community College adjunct professor of foreign languages and voice, conducts the programs.

Pastfinders Genealogy
The Pastfinders are South Lake County's genealogy group. Meetings are at 5 p.m. the second Thursday of each month, except during summer months. Membership is open to everyone interested in learning about genealogy research and preserving their family history.
