The annual enrollment period (AEP) for Medicare recipients is from October 15 to December 7, 2012. Do you need guidance on selecting a prescription drug plan 2013, receiving financial help paying for medicare premiums and prescription drugs or changes in your Advantage plan? SHINE volunteers under the department of Elder Affairs provides free and unbiased individual counseling. If you or your family members have any questions concerning Medicare Parts A,B,C,and D prescription plans, Medicare supplement plans, Advantage plans, Medicaid, extra help, or Medical equipment. No appointment necessary.
