About the Annual Bookmark Design Contest

Every year the LCLS Libraries hold a Bookmark Design contest for all students (K-12) in Lake County, and in 2010, decided to open the contest to adults as well. Participants may enter as many times as they wish. Entries are judged for originality, neatness and printability. Each contest brings a different theme to follow.

Winning bookmarks are printed and distributed at all 15 libraries in the Lake County Library System. It is a wonderful opportunity for the aspiring artist and designers to show their talents to the community. Winning bookmarks are also posted on this website where anyone in the world can see their work!
